Ticket Purchase Process
To order tickets, select the event of interest in the "EVENT" section and go to "EVENT". Choose a seat on the venue map. In the bottom right corner of the window, you will see the amount to pay. After clicking the "BUY" button, a window will open to fill in personal details.
ATTENTION! Order payment must be made within 30 minutes from the moment of entering personal details and clicking the "PAY" button.
Payments are accepted via MIR, Visa, and MasterCard bank cards.
To enter the event, you need to show an electronic ticket on your phone screen at the entrance or present a printed ticket.

Ticket Recovery
- I did not receive tickets by email.
- I could not find my tickets.
- I provided the wrong email address.
To resolve the issue, use the automatic ticket recovery service. After answering a few questions, the service will allow you to download the tickets and send them to the newly specified email address.

Ticket Refund Service
This service is intended for refunding event tickets.
Please note that only electronic tickets purchased through INTICKETS are eligible for refund.
Tickets bought on ticket operator sites (afisha.yandex.ru, afisha.ru, live.mts.ru, etc.) cannot be refunded via this service. To refund such tickets, please contact the company through which you purchased them.

New Refund Deadlines
If until the event:
In addition to the above, LLC "Intickets" deducts up to 10% of the nominal value of each returned electronic ticket in the order as a processing fee.
- ≥ 10 days — refund 100%* of the cost;
- 10−5 days — 50%*;
- 5−3 days — 30%*;
- ≤ 3 days — 0%*.

Funds will be refunded only to the same card from which the Order was previously paid.
After successful completion of the refund procedure, funds will be credited to your account within three business days in accordance with Bank rules.
Additionally, a cash receipt will be issued for the refunded amount and sent to the email address to which you received the tickets. The receipt will arrive within 24 hours after the refund procedure is completed.
